Refunds and Returns Policy

At Wrist Chaps, we take pride in providing high-quality men’s jewelry that meets your style and durability expectations. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges. By making a purchase with us, you agree to these terms.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings or customized jewelry are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

2. Return Process

  • Return Authorization: To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@wristchaps.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless damaged due to shipping and handling or factory defects. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Wrist Chaps is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
  • Condition Verification: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are not in their original condition, missing parts, or items returned after the 14-day window).
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at exchanges@wristchaps.com with details and photos of the defect or damage.
  • Size Exchanges: If you need a different size, we accept size exchanges within 14 days, provided the item is in original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.

5. Exceptions and Exclusions

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for items that are simply unwanted or if you change your mind after purchase. Please choose carefully before making a purchase.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective.

6. UK Consumer Rights
This policy is in compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
