  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

2. Shipping Information

  • Shipping Areas: We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, BFPO addresses.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping on all orders. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 7-15 business days. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as customs processing times.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order. Orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Duties and Taxes: The prices listed on our website include VAT. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected upon delivery, if applicable.

4. International Shipping

  • Origin of Products: Due to the nature of international shipping, delays may occur due to customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customs and Import Duties: Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches the UK. The recipient of the order is responsible for any such charges.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update.
  • Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or appears to be lost, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking the package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Wrist Chaps is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient not being available or providing an incorrect address, the courier may return the package to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-ship the package.
