Warranty Policy

At Wrist Chaps, we stand behind the quality of our men’s jewelry. Our Warranty Policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind, knowing that your purchase is protected against manufacturing defects. Please read the following terms carefully.

 

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Duration: All Wrist Chaps products come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  • What’s Covered: This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Examples include faulty clasps, loose stones, or tarnishing that is not due to improper care.
  • What’s Not Covered: This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
    • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents).
    • Misuse, improper care, or accidents (e.g., exposure to chemicals, excessive force).
    • Loss or theft of the product.
    • Alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties.

2. Warranty Claim Process

  • Claim Submission: To make a warranty claim, please contact us at warranty@wristchaps.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect. Claims must be submitted within the warranty period.
  • Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your claim, we will inspect the photos and may request that you send the item back to us for further inspection. If the defect is covered under our warranty, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
  • Shipping Costs: For valid warranty claims, Wrist Chaps will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item back to you. The customer is responsible for shipping the item to us.

3. Warranty Limitations

  • One-Time Replacement: The warranty is valid for one-time replacement or repair of the original item only. Repaired or replaced items are not covered by a new warranty.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required to make a warranty claim.
  • Non-Transferable: This warranty is only available to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

4. UK Consumer Rights
This warranty policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your statutory rights are not affected.
